LITA submission to the PJCIS on the Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026

LITA made a submission to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security (PJCIS) on the Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026.

The submission documents LITA's own account of the impact of racially motivated hate activity on Melbourne's Indian community, including a proposed ADF Cadet participation arrangement with Melbourne Diwali that did not proceed in 2025.
